First contact was good and helped me find number plate that was personal, I was looking at another number at the time. The pack that came out was generally good but lack of clarity as to how much the total should be when extras added. Phone call queries handled well and generally available after a few rings. Would recommend to others.

I can't praise this company enough, I started to buy a number plate from another company at the beginning of November 2018 ,it was for a Christmas present .I thought I had enough time to get everything in place only for the other company to let me down at the beginning of December I was totally defeated . I picked myself up and started to looked for a plate on National Numbers , they couldn't help me enough. It was like the sun was shining again !!!!! . All the staff at this company have been absolutely fantastic ,phoning me back when they said they would and helping me every step of the way. I've had the number plate on the website for a couple of years and had a couple of offers which I declined because I wasn't in a rush to sell it. I got a call on Friday 17th July from Liam with an offer. I wanted a little bit more so Liam negotiated with the buyer. The paperwork was completed online and the money was in my account by Monday 20th July so I'm very impressed with the service I was given.

The process was very easy expect my bank declined the transaction until I said it was me using the card. Not sure why. So far so good, waiting for my purchase.
