Received a decent service and got my plate at a decent price too. Not an excellent rating as responses to e-mails at the beginning and mid point through the process were slow - at times I thought my messages had been lost in cyber space! Got there in the end. The e mail I was sent indicated I would receive mail with a return envelope to return the log book for current registered car, however I received e mail few days later stating I could attach a photo of log book, which I then did and progressed my purchase. New log book received few days later.
