As I was new to buying a cherished plate, I rang them and the was given clear and helpful advice. I completed business over the phone - couldn't have been simpler. The plates arrived within two days and the certificate a few days after that. The instructions for completing the changeover were clear and unambiguous. The person I spoke to was very helpful and even after I made a mistake they changed it for me with no problem, the only thing I didn?t like was the letter they sent with my certificate offering so fast track my registration in a day for £49 when I spoke to the DVLA they told me how to do it online and it took me about 2 mins to do myself for free which they must have known about
