From beginning to end they were totally transparent about the process and the costs. They purchased a cherished plate on my behalf from the DVLA auction and did so at an mazing price!! Genuinely a very easy and quick service to use - I paid the extra for the admin to be completed with DVLA, worth it in my opinion. Took less than a week for me to have bad be able to use my new plates.
