No Problems First number I have transferred for several years and the process has improved significantly. Mostly done on-line and plenty of phone calls to update me when documents were received and on the progress of the transfer. Cannot fault, highly recommended.
National numbers sold my number plate for me and got me the best price for it!! Once sold the process was simple and very quick, I had the money in my back within two days of sending documents. Would highly reccommend!
I purchased two plates for both myself and my wife and requested they dealt with all the paperwork. They were faultless. Everything was actioned quickly and once the registration was complete they rang us individually to confirm the new plates they made could be fitted. Customer service is amazing, was so easy to find and buy the perfect reg. My only issue is the fact that you have to buy a set of (very pricey) number plates, like this should be an option, also the plates themselves are honestly the worst ones I?ve ever seen, and for £50 they should be a lot better. Another thing is the transferring of the reg, I feel this should also be optional, I personally would?ve preferred to make contact with the dvla myself. This could just be me missing something on the website...? Other than those minor issues, absolutely perfect, and a pleasure to deal with.
