Good, quick, reliable service. Easy to follow instructions. Only reason not given 5 stars was the high administrative charge advertised for 'fast track' service with dvla. Which is free and takes seconds on the website (would have been annoyed if I had paid for this 'service')

I recently used national numbers to purchase these three number plates. One for a friend's 40th birthday, and the other two for my own cars. Only a few niggles prevents a 5* rating. Certainly, National Numbers have a good website with a great selection, often cheaper than other dealers, and handle every contact with a nice mixture of friendliness and business-like competence. Those niggles: none of the estimates on timings - be that clearing funds, sorting paperwork, managing DVLA were accurate. A little more on-going feedback/updating would have eased all that though; so a thought there for their future.
