Process went smoothly although took longer than anticipated, about 5 weeks.

very easy process to follow all aspects of the transfer offered. I took the offer for national Numbers to do all the paperwork etc. and make the new plates. All I had to do was inform my insures. All this was done in a matter of days. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a personal reg. Very professional service they kept me informed through out the process.

Also dealt with Charlotte who was always helpful and cheerful on the phone. I had no idea that you could get the DVLA to issue unused numbers for their auctions. No other numberplate company was able to help me get a very specific plate for my car, the others just tried to sell me the next best thing. Great advice from start to finish. Everyone i dealt with was very pleasant and helpful, the whole transfer process was smooth and easy. Very happy to recommend.

All went well and pleased with service received. However there were 2 times when their phone was not answered and no return call. All went well in the end but process unclear for a novice first timer.
