I was very impressed from my initial phone call to the supply of my plates the next day, Everything was explained on the call and was so easy to purchase and at a great price.

Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. I've had the number plate on the website for a couple of years and had a couple of offers which I declined because I wasn't in a rush to sell it. I got a call on Friday 17th July from Liam with an offer. I wanted a little bit more so Liam negotiated with the buyer. The paperwork was completed online and the money was in my account by Monday 20th July so I'm very impressed with the service I was given.

The young man I delt with on the phone was very helpful and the whole experience was very professional. The retention certificate has not arrived yet but maybe it has arrived today while I have been out.... Many thanks C R Stansfield
