4 Star service, could be five, lack of communication some times as they don't keep you up dated, but over all very happy

Although I was unable to finalise the registration online, I received an old school type of support from Paul who guided me through the different steps and we got it all sorted. DVLA documents followed swiftly and the online transfer was super easy. So all well worth it!

I've been trough every site for the cheapest number plate but once I get to the final payment the price goes up but thanks to the guys in national numbers they manage to do a price match and beat dvla also sending me the number plates definitely recommendable to everyone once again thanks to the sales team excellent and friendly customer service . S555... Very happy

Quick and efficient service with the whole transaction be completed very quickly

However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.

Really pleased with the service I recieved. Helpful, straight talking and great with their knowledge. They did everything in their power to ensure the plates were delivered ASAP as they were a birthday present - everything arrived in time. THANK YOU
