They kept me up to date with every step of the process, the only thing I had to do was inform my insurance company when I put the plates on the car. Received a decent service and got my plate at a decent price too. Not an excellent rating as responses to e-mails at the beginning and mid point through the process were slow - at times I thought my messages had been lost in cyber space! Got there in the end. I will recommend to others on the proviso that comms. aren't the best.
