After posting my plate for a "FREE ONLINE VALUATION" I have received a textbook follow up sales trainee style call after where a free service has been offered but not followed through. They did not value my plate nor send me an email with a free online value as promised. I was told someone is interested in my plate and has asked me how much I am looking for for it and if still on the market. Basic script for any business involving selling of anything. You post details in exchange for having more on database to call as these guys don't value anything. They make money from selling a plate and taking a cut. The site is masked as a business that is expert in valuing plates but simply acting as middlemen with telephones. My review is not to cause defamation but is a truthful account of my experience with this company. I asked how this "customer" enquired on a plate i have that would receive hundreds of phone calls if on the market publicly listed as the plate is PATEL ... he mentioned it is listed on the site however it wasn't listed on their site. I checked whilst on the phone to them as there was no plate for P4TEL listed on their site. They also keep reporting this review to under pretenders or having personal information but every time I get the email I repost and will do so continuously until the review is left here. Would you believe it? Still no valuation given 3 weeks later. It is not acceptable to claim defamation of a business for leaving a negative review or this site is pointless and only for good experiences which defeats the purpose of trust pilot.
