From when I enquired, to the day I put my plate on the car, the company was helpful from start to finish.

This is my third time using National Numbers, I had to make my purchase online this time because it was out of hours, but I do prefer the personal touch and camaraderie you get from speaking to the agents over the phone. The service is excellent and the whole procedure has always been five star from start to finish.

I've since had a call from Martin apologising for the lack of contact over the last communications I have made. It seems a technical malfunction with their email systems has caused an issue. Hopefully the service everyone speaks of will shine through eventually, and I can give a higher rating on completing my purchase. Thanks Martin. Poor service - no reply to email, phones go to BT call minder! Placed an order for a plate to be released to auction on February 12th. I have asked for an update by email twice and once by phone when I did get through. It is not difficult to provide basic customer service. Nearly 3 months, just want to know when it is likely to come to auction!
