Just so easy from start to finish, I wish every company I dealt with was as efficient as this one. Superb!

This was my first time using national numbers. They explained the buying process and in my case the timed auction procedures etc and took my deposit but then didn't send the auction documentation through. I called, it was sent and I returned the completed forms for the auction my plate was due in. But then there was no more communication so when the auction started I wasn't sure if the bids I could see going up via the website were mine or not. When I called, they always answered and with the exception of the initial paperwork hiccup, everything went perfectly smoothly. Maybe I was worrying needlessly, but the occasional email update to inform you that each stage has been completed would provide that little reassurance that everything is on track. Would I use them again? Yes, absolutely.

Having found the plate that I wanted the whole transaction went seamlessly quick and easy.

You contacted me after being given a price for a simlar no year Reg. Plate with another company. Their prices (£500 to £800 plus V.A. T. your offer around £130 no V.A.T.) Got phone call offering £x for plates. Accepted offer, paperwork emailed and posted. Returned docs. Phone call few days later saying money in bank. Straightforward. Job done.
