My local VW dealer messed up the registration of my new car details and sent the V5 form to National Numbers. Once the plate was chosen the whole process from first notification to cash in my account took exactly three working days. Plate was on the site for a while, but patience is a virtue. Absolutely delighted and great support once in transit.
