I bought my first private registration plate from this company in 1993 and they were very professional then and I have just sold another private plate through them on the 28th FEBRUARY. It was simple as they send you everything to sign and tell you what documents to send back to them. It is better to email them any questions you have and they reply very quickly. It would have been nice to have had the option to have a nice presentation certificate like some other companies do as it was purchased as a birthday gift

Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.

These guys are so helpfull plates and docs arived after a couple of days buying them fast and helpful service top guys

Every time I contacted NN there was always someone there to give information or guide me to what I needed to know with politeness and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone, their service is 2nd to none. I would also say that Debby McCabe at after sales is a credit to the company. Thanks again guys.
