This was the easiest transaction possible. I paid the amount plus the £80 which went to the licensing office in Swansea and when NN sent me the form all I had to do was put my old reg on the form and send it to Swansea. It is just as simple as that and I can't say anymore but thanks to NN for the professionalism and the guy on the phone stated it was as easy as this. He was right. The staff were very pleasant to talk to and generally my change of number plate was well handled and processed. One slight hitch occurred when my registration form did not go the right person and this delayed the issue of my new number and plate by about a week. When the hitch was sorted out things then moved very quickly. Overall quite satisfied with the service.
