I had a good few questions about the process itself and the timings involved. I was guided and reassured. When everything was in place the service was almost instant. I was surprised how quickly they achieved the task.

Having found the plate that I wanted the whole transaction went seamlessly quick and easy.

The end result was good, but I would have preferred a little more ongoing information with regard to the stage the transaction was at rather than me having to contact them. Other than that the whole process went without a hitch and the documentation sent out was very comprehensive.

After taking to the internet to look at purchasing a number plate, I made the choice to use National Numbers. I took a while to make up my mind - had wanted this Reg for years but locked up at DVLA - eventually went for it and was delighted with the outcome. No hidden costs - all well communicated - watched the DVLA timed auction developing on-line - certificate came through from DVLA. Happy. Will use them again.

It was an easy transaction, although the guy I was speaking to got a bit distracted. I was surprised to note that the VRM doesnt belong to me though on the paperwork, but to National Numbers and my son is the nominee so this should have been explained better as I'm still a bit confused as to why I dont own it until my son gets his car...quick getting the paperwork and plate though.
