I recently purchased a registration plate through National Numbers. They had identified that the number was being offered at DVLA auction. Basically I found the registration I liked, sent them a email showing interest, they rang me back the next day, fully explained the process & cost and that was it!! My new plates arrived within a couple of days having been offered various choices of design...
