I cannot recommend National Numbers highly enough. Their service is second to none. This is my third purchase from them. From beginning to end they were totally transparent about the process and the costs. They purchased a cherished plate on my behalf from the DVLA auction and did so at an mazing price!! Had an excellent experience using national numbers. Everything was explained on the website and straightforward. I liked the fact I could just leave it all down to them to do the transfer as it saved me time and the possibility of doing it wrong! Communication was good if abit slow via email however all my queries were answered cannot fault them and will and have already recommended!

However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.

Bought reg plate for wifes birthday and they helped from start to finish. Thank you.
