Quick and easy service, but not keen on the pushing of extra services. But, I suppose every company these days tried to screw every last penny out of you.

After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful. Anyone who puts the following on their website might appear frivolous but what it actually reflects is a human approach to life and an appropriate sense of humour ! "National Numbers is based in sunny Billingham in the North East of England. The staff all wear flat caps and have a passing interest in whippets! The service you supply is very good apart from the private plates you have in the system which you have no control over. When you ring up the customers on my behalf to inquire about their plates and they are not for sale or some other problems. These should be taken off your system.
