Good communication from NATIONAL numbers but had a delay from DVLA!

I placed my Number Plate with Ryan and his staff at National Numbers. Their service was fantastic and they sold my plate and transferred the money direct into my bank account within four days of the transaction completion. The staff were very pleasant to talk to and generally my change of number plate was well handled and processed. One slight hitch occurred when my registration form did not go the right person and this delayed the issue of my new number and plate by about a week. When the hitch was sorted out things then moved very quickly. Overall quite satisfied with the service.
