I cannot thank all the staff at National Numbers enough for their extreme help and professionalism in helping me get my own special number after all these years. I was contacted by National Numbers as i had got a quote off there website as i was looking to sell my number plate.Craig called me and said that he may have a buyer for my plate we agreed a price and he sold this for me the transfer and payment went without hitch and i even got a new set of plates for the new number given to my car would recommend National Numbers very pleased....great service thanks

Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.
