This was the easiest transaction possible. I paid the amount plus the £80 which went to the licensing office in Swansea and when NN sent me the form all I had to do was put my old reg on the form and send it to Swansea. It is just as simple as that and I can't say anymore but thanks to NN for the professionalism and the guy on the phone stated it was as easy as this. He was right. Thanks Now waiting on the right price/number for my second car

This was the first time I bought a private plate, and had no idea how it all works. The staffs at National numbers were very helpful and explained step to step what will happen. The reason I didn't give five stars is that I feel they need to improve on communication to customers. From when I paid the initial fee, there was no call or email to update me with the process and I have to call them. But they did answer the phone every time I called and some one always try to help you. Overall, I am a very happy and satisfied customer.

Perfect service ordered over the phone all complete with in 5 minutes

National Numbers worked hard to source the number we wanted and got there in the end. Transition was speedy and seamless. Definitely use them again.

Although I was unable to finalise the registration online, I received an old school type of support from Paul who guided me through the different steps and we got it all sorted. DVLA documents followed swiftly and the online transfer was super easy. So all well worth it!

Great service but some advice was not complete

The help I received from National Numbers staff was friendly and efficient. I would be happy to deal with them in the future.

Also dealt with Charlotte who was always helpful and cheerful on the phone. I had no idea that you could get the DVLA to issue unused numbers for their auctions. No other numberplate company was able to help me get a very specific plate for my car, the others just tried to sell me the next best thing. Great advice from start to finish. I received 5 star service from Phil and my mark would have reflected that once he took over my request, prior to that I had spoken to someone who failed to call me back which is very frustrating so my review is 5 stars for Phil and 4 stars overall.
