I used National Numbers to purchase my new plates because of previous reviews that I had read. I was not disappointed. They are one of the most professional, helpful, and friendly businesses that it has been my pleasure to deal with. They kept me up to date with every step of the process, the only thing I had to do was inform my insurance company when I put the plates on the car. From my first contact with National Numbers, to putting the plates on the car took eight working days..........brilliant!!

Very easy to find the number plate i needed,sent through as described,only disappoint was it was a surprise and the letter was sent to my husband so he knew about his surprise.

I purchased a plate for my 9 year old nephew ready for when he is 18. The opposition who I have purchased off before were a complete letdown, promising to ring back and did not. Won't mention their name but one of the largest companies - they send regular magazines to me. Could just have been one of their off days. Found them so good in past, but in future will deal with NN. I found the whole process to be nice and simple. I placed my order on Sunday and had the registration and plates arrive by Wednesday. Paul and Ryan kept me updated throughout the whole process. Thanks you to both for an excellent service.

Sold our number and really happy with price agreed with NN. Whole transaction start to finish took 5 weeks - little longer than expected but happy nonetheless. I'd completely forgotten our number was listed for sale with NN then got a phone call out of the blue from Adam asking if we would sell for an offered price which we were happy with. Was a bit of a leap of faith completing the paperwork and handing over control of our number to NN but it worked well and no real hassles. We had to chase up a couple of times (dealing then with Ryan) - seemingly although the buyer had paid a deposit he/she hadn't come through with his/her paperwork and NN was waiting on him/her. Ryan called the buyer and obtained confirmation he/she was going through with the deal then Ryan called us back and advised he would send off our paperwork to DVLA and then send us our cheque - which he did - thank you Ryan. So all-in-all a good deal - we're happy - just the communications from NN side were a little lacking when things got slow - we had to do the chasing up calls (2) but Ryan certainly grabbed hold of it and brought it to a good conclusion for us.
