4 Star service, could be five, lack of communication some times as they don't keep you up dated, but over all very happy

I recently completed a purchase of a personalised number plate. National Numbers were the only organisation to offer me the option of the plate I wanted. They told me the upfront cost and the time it would take to get it. Everything went according to plan and I can't thank them enough for making the process as smooth as it could be and for allowing me to get the plate I always wanted. Beccy who I dealt with REALLY WAS absolutely FANTASTIC. I spoke to Beccy from the outset and explained everything. Beccy remembered me and dealt with me until I?d received the number plate I wanted. I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT recommend National Numbers and more importantly Beccy highly enough.

I had scoured the internet and various Private Reg companies for over a year and have been looking for a plate that is not on the general market, After having been told by various companies and the DVLA that the plate must have been retired and is no longer available, I gave up my search. I stumbled across National Numbers and took a chance. I spoke with Marty who advised me that he should see no reason why this plate cannot be sought. We agreed the costs and process as this was my first time. A few weeks later, I was notified that that plate had become available! Marty explained the auction process again to me and we agreed my maximum bid both over the phone and written. Auction time - I got lucky - No one had bid for the plate except National Numbers and so I won the bid at the reserve price!! Now waiting on Admin to process the paperwork and release the documents to me! Thanks Marty and the the team at National Numbers!
