Good to deal with. Good advice. Paperwork on time as promised, what is not to like.

I bought my new number plate and received an email telling me that my purchase had gone through, but I would have to wait for confirmation of my purchase (as the number cannot be guaranteed). This was to be expected as you cannot guarantee a number based on the website stock of private plates. Unfortunately I did not receive a confirmation email telling me I had secured the number plate. I called the contact number on the website and I was dealt with by a very pleasant lady who confirmed that my bid was successful and it would be posted to me shortly. It arrived the very next day and I can only say that I was extremely happy with the service that I recieved. I would definitely recommend this company as their customer service was excellent. My only criticism (positive not negative) is that it would be nice if an email was sent to determine wether my purchase was successful or not. It left me slightly anxious as it was a very special number to me. Apart from that one thing. The company have been excellent. No complaints. My number is with me ?

Had been looking for a plate for the wife and came across the one we eventually purchased from National Numbers. This plate was also available on other sites, but at a greatly increased price. Spoke to one of their representatives on a Sunday and the deal was done in minutes, posted the V5c and had confirmation the following day that we could put the new number on the car. Great service at a great price, can't ask for more than that.

Following my initial enquiry to National Numbers for a certain plate due to be released by DVLA I am now an owner of the perfect cherished number thanks their immense buying power and knowledge. There were some minor issues however these were dealt with swiftly and efficiently by the after sales team. I can recommend National Numbers and will definitely use them again in the future. Can?t fault them they communicate well make the process very easy keep you updated each step of the way. I have two reg plates from them and would definitely recommend/use again.

Great selection of merchandise, but postal is expensive.
