Thanks for doing all the hard work for me.

This was the first time I bought a private plate, and had no idea how it all works. The staffs at National numbers were very helpful and explained step to step what will happen. The reason I didn't give five stars is that I feel they need to improve on communication to customers. From when I paid the initial fee, there was no call or email to update me with the process and I have to call them. But they did answer the phone every time I called and some one always try to help you. Overall, I am a very happy and satisfied customer.

Very Simple Process

Dealt with Liam for my purchase. Despite me asking a million questions, he persevered and the transaction was great. Debby then dealt with the admin quickly and efficiently.

I found their service to be very fast with no problems, I rang over a plate on the Friday and the following Saturday they were on my car.

Had a great experience with Nation numbers, the team were always in constant contact giving me updates on the process. Very happy with the new number plate, would recommened them to anyone.

A worthwhile and helpful service, providing all the leg-work in obtaining my new plate, and representing me at the DVLA auction. Improvements could perhaps be a better focus on communications (I received several requests for the same information, despite having sent it at least twice), and perhaps some better explanation on what to expect during the auction day, including auction terminology for those of us inexperienced at auctions! Overall however, a positive experience and I would recommend to others.
