Can't fault the customer service and quick delivery of my new number plates - Can totally recommend National Numbers.

Thank you for sorting out my plate it is an awesome number plate! Perfect match for my name "Ovais" - OVA11S Keep going outside to look at it, i can't believe its mine now! Big thank you to national number for sorting out and for the brilliant service, quick response by email for a deaf person, normally it's hard to communicate! It nearly went to auction i was so worried about losing the number plate so i got it now!! thanks for sorting out with DVLA, everything is smooth now Thanks again Cheers Ovais Khan

Sales team were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable, they were slow in getting the initial list of available plates to me (Forgot to send the email) but once received helpful in assisting in queries. This is the first time that i have purchased a plate so was not aware of what was due to happen. There was no communication once the admin fees had been taken so i did not know what was due to happen or potential time scales. DVLA notified me the the plate was being issued in to the auction but National numbers never contacted me at all to advise that it was in the auction and they were bidding on it. I was unsure if they were aware and if the bid that appeared in the auction was from them or not. When i spoke to the admin team i was told that there were bidding on it for me but had not advised me as it was really busy when auctions were on....... Surely not that hard to pick up a phone or email. In summary sales team very helpful but admin could be improved with better communication and some sort of guide to what is due to happen for people that have not purchased a plate before. I would use these people again now that i understand the process better

Was informed of a potential buyer on Friday afternoon and money was transferred to me on the Tuesday. No hassles, very easy and would use again. Top class service.

No reservations in recommending this company and I would suggest you use their transfer service not try and do it yourself, it saves so much hassle well worth the small extra cost.
