Surprisingly simple and straight forward to sell my number plate. I was happy with the price, the process was exactly as described by the representative on the phone (and subsequent paperwork), and I received payment promptly. All together very good indeed.

Personalised Number Plates are by their very nature "personal" and the value of a plate is simply what someone else is prepared to pay for it. I would recommend this site as I felt in no way intimidated by the company or it's representatives at any time. I had a valuation from them a very long time ago but at that time expressed my opinion that I did not wish to sell my cherished number plate. However, they did contact me many months later to ask if (A) I still was in possession of the plate and (B) Whether I was interested in selling. Having said 'Yes' to both questions they then asked me what I would be prepared to accept for it, which I replied to. My recommendation is to be clear as to how much you are looking to get for the plate up front so that once into any negotiating you can either accept or decline an offer. The whole process was polite and efficient (my communication was solely via E-Mail). I would definitely consider using this company again.

Amazing staff and great company

Please avoid this company at all costs when selling a personalised reg number! We used this site to advertise a reg number after reading all of the positive experiences. They clearly state that you are not obliged to sell with them, can advertise on other sites in addition to their site and can adjust the asking price or withdraw your advert at any time. However, when attempting to do any of these things or refusing an offer, they send intimidating text messages threatening legal action and further contact in the future! We posted the advert late on a Thursday evening but had many problems as despite their claims there is nowhere to adjust the price if you disagree with their valuation prior to committing to advertise with them. They say you can call them to adjust the price afterwards which we were intending to do the following day. We didn't think that there would be a problem as their website and emails say it can take at least 24 hours to appear. Infact it says it can take up to 14 days! The next day, before we even had chance to call them to adjust the said price, we received a phone call with an offer. They were rude when we said we wanted more for it and couldn't find anywhere on the website to do this. We then received texts from a personal mobile number (which I thought was a bit unprofessional anyway) saying that by reneging on the agreement meant we were not "in a good place to be legally." After refusing to adjust the price and withdrawing the advert, they then said they "hoped the buyer would not pursue it further" and "we may be in contact in the future." I made it clear that I wanted my contact details removed from their database and that I knew I had every right to request this. I was shocked and appalled at the aggressive tactics that they used and would suggest that you go elsewhere! It was not a pleasant experience at all in our case!

Excellent communication and customer service,fast and efficient the whole process took about a week had constant updates by email on progress would highly recommend this company

Website was easy to use. My order arrived through the post in days. This is the second time I have used this site and I would again in future.
