They said they would look into it an d get back to me, THEY DIDN'T! They didn't even have the number! I called today 29th June still nothing & asked for my money back. NICE FOR THEM TO HAVE MY MONEY FOR OVER 2 MONTHS! I will be doing another review If I don't get my money & document back post haste!! Very angry & dissatisfied!!

When I enquired as to why I could not tax my new car, DVLA stated that the documentation re the private plate was incorrectly filled in. I emailed national numbers to enquire what had happened and was told it was my fault, as I had purchased on line. Despite the fact that the initial purchase was cancelled, as the number was no longer available and that I had then purchased another plate on the phone with one of their representatives. Apparently, the very aggressive man said, it was my fault. Customer services...NIL POINTS !!!! Mercedes have now registered my car so that I can drive and I will have to wait to use my personal plate until this mess is sorted..not happy

Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright.
