Initally my request for a number plate was overseen and not put into a DVLA auction. Three months later the plate was won @ the DVLA auction as promised. The whole experience was smooth and uneventful and meant that I won the desired number plate for less than half the price it was offered to me by the rival company REG TRANSFERS....! I would definately use again....THANKYOU....!

This is the first time I have purchased a number plate from National Numbers having previously purchased a plate for my daughter from DVLA Auctions which was a great experience. National Numbers didn't make me feel at all confident throughout the process. After paying my deposit I felt left in the dark. I didn't receive any paperwork to kick start the purchase process so a week on from paying my deposit I had to ring up asking about paperwork. Paperwork arrived next day which I completed and returned the same day. Two weeks later I again had heard nothing so again I rang to check on progress and was informed the were still awaiting paperwork from the vendor. The next day I received a text message asking for payment details as they were ready to process the sale which was great. Overall I would have liked to be kept a little more informed during the process, for example - an email to confirm they have posted documents and a follow up email if there are delays. A weekly update on progress would be nice. All in all I felt once they had my deposit I became less important and became more of a hindrance.

Brilliant service, I would deffo recommend. BUT my only query was regarding the V750, It wasn't clear info about how and who provides this. Otherwise it was a perfect transaction
