Excellent, friendly, quick informative staff
Excellent service. Friendly staff reply to emails right away.
Awful experience. Lost my money and gained nothing. I have purchased a cherished plate from National Numbers in 2014 and was supposed to receive the ownership form (V750), which I did not receive. Nor did I receive any instructions, the contract agreement or tracking numbers, just 2 set of acrylic plates and a ??thank you?? receipt. Due to not getting any important documents as stated above and not having special knowledge, this made me thought that everything is fine. In 2015 I valued the cherished plate, without any documents as this was not compulsory. An email and the registration number was sufficient to find out the value of the cherished plate. In December, 2016, after searching for a new cherished plate for Christmas, I enquired on how to assign the cherished plate that I have purchased in 2014 on my vehicle, receiving responses from staff saying that I am unable to do so due to the grounds that the ownership has been scrapped as it was failed to be renewed because it was expired, even though I have not even received the ?Reminder Notice? of expiration, which was essential. I immediately spoke with some staff from National Numbers, receiving mixed responses saying that ??you should have received the V750 form because you valued the cherished plate and documentations are compulsory to value?? ? well valuing without any documentations is also acceptable, I have got all evidence ready to proof. The staff have also persuaded me that they have lost thousands of pounds worth of cherished plate and stated to me ??you should ignore this issue??. In my opinion, a few of the staff were very helpful and respectful but in my opinion the majority were very rude, abrasive and unprofessional in dealing with my enquiry. I have spoken with a gentleman named Dan from National Numbers, who was helpful to appeal for a replacement V750 form to DVLA, however the appeal was refused. I emailed Dan for a full refund within a specific time period, but the refund is still not been made and no responses received so far. Full refund must be made as soon as possible.

JC17 SON
This is the second time I've used National Numbers to buy a car registration plate, and nothing has changed since I bought my last one 5 years ago. The process is so simple, and at a great price! All sorted in a matter of days with no hassle whatsoever. In fact so simple I ended up buying all 3 that I was enquirying about :- MA17 UTB ( favourite football team ) JC17SON ( son's name ) SA17DAL ( local rugby team ) The only headache I've got now, is deciding which one to put on my new car.
Been trying to purchase private plate keep been lied to saying the customer is on holiday the customer wants more money been going on 6 months now never herd so much rubbish
