I bought my plate through national numbers, they bid for me as it had to go through a dvla auction, they was lovely to talk to on phone and quick after the auction I had my plate. So I would defiantly recommend using them.

Have just ordered a new number plate by phone and Jill at National Numbers was extremely friendly and helpful and does all the work for you which is great.

I sent a cheque for 8,500.00 for a number plate on 21st April 2015. They said it could take up to 5 weeks for me to get the number. 2 weeks ago I called to see what was happening NOTHING AT ALL! They said they would look into it an d get back to me, THEY DIDN'T! They didn't even have the number! I called today 29th June still nothing & asked for my money back. NICE FOR THEM TO HAVE MY MONEY FOR OVER 2 MONTHS! I will be doing another review If I don't get my money & document back post haste!! Very angry & dissatisfied!!

When I enquired as to why I could not tax my new car, DVLA stated that the documentation re the private plate was incorrectly filled in. I emailed national numbers to enquire what had happened and was told it was my fault, as I had purchased on line. Despite the fact that the initial purchase was cancelled, as the number was no longer available and that I had then purchased another plate on the phone with one of their representatives. Apparently, the very aggressive man said, it was my fault. Customer services...NIL POINTS !!!! Mercedes have now registered my car so that I can drive and I will have to wait to use my personal plate until this mess is sorted..not happy

Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails.
