We all try to stand out from the crowd. That is why each one of us has our own styles, tastes and preferences. Personal choices and attributes are what differentiate us from each other making us unique in way we think and speak. If the common man holds this so important you can imagine what celebrities would go through to set them apart from the rest of the crowd.

One of the most common attempts to stand out is by having a DVLA cherished number plate. Over the years a number of celebrities have been seen sporting these one of a kind number plates on their most prized cars. Take Engelbert Humperdinck, a world famous singer, who is the proud owner of not just one but two DVLA cherished number plates.

For many years he has owned and displayed a number plate which reads EH 1 on his Rolls Royce Corniche. In addition to this, as a gift, he got another DVLA cherished number plate that says 25 AGD. The letters stand for Arnold George Dorsey, his birth name.

Another example of a DVLA cherished number plate would be that of singer Robbie Williams. The number plate on his Ferrari read S8 RRY, a message he wanted to communicate to his fans. DVLA cherished number plates have now become quite popular among all sections of society and having a personal number plate is a brilliant acquisition.
