I would say to avoid this company. I bought a plate over the phone. The next day I changed my mind and called to cancel. I was told it was too late and that the order had gone through to DVLA. Although I'd purchased over the phone I was told I had no recourse to get a refund. This from a very rude aggressive man. He also said it states on the website that you can't cancel. I didn't buy from the website. Go direct to the DVLA as they're much more helpful

It is the first time that I have used such a service but, coincidentally two colleagues of mine were also buying private plates from different companies. Their experiences were far different to mine. They both had documents lost and are still ongoing. I began my process With National numbers much later and mine concluded very quickly. Couldn't have asked for better. They did everything for me in super fast time.

I registered with them to sell my cherished number. 18 months later I got the call to say they had a buyer. I didn't think it was going to sell to be honest as I had zero contact with them during this time. The process went quickly and the cash was in bank within a few days. Good work !!

registered with national numbers and received no confirmation, when contacted after 6 months with an offer was threatened with trading standards just for requesting confirmation of my requesting service from them. paperwork initially issued with wrong details despite confirming details several times. money transferred quickly once resolved however customer service is not high on this providers agenda.
