Excellent service

I bought my plate and opted for the pay monthly option. I believed I had carried out all the necessary paper online and waited for a couple of weeks to receive my plate. After 14 days, I emailed to chase up the plate as I had not heard anything, I received no reply. I waited a further week and emailed again, still no reply. I finally called and was told that my finance agreement had not been signed. This resulted in me having to call the finance company direct to ask for the forms to be sent in the post. These were signed, sent back and I FINALLY received my plates, nearly 8 weeks after ordering. I feel the customer service was very very poor, firstly for the zero contact I received and secondly, for not informing me sooner (or indeed at all) that this signature was missing. A much clearer step by step should be issued at the point of completing the order.

I purchased a registration number from National Numbers Ltd and was very happy with the plate and service provided. They are a genuine reseller of number plates and are safe to deal with being one of the larger companies. The customer service is very good and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a nice plate.
